I collaborate with educational institutions, organizations and selected clients on multilingual and intercultural development in complex contexts.
The focus of my work is advisory and long-term engagement, where sustained reflection and informed decision-making are required.
Depending on the context, collaboration can take different forms.
Advisory & Strategic Collaboration
I work with institutions and organizations in an advisory capacity, supporting decision-making processes related to multilingual and intercultural development.
This may include:
-
ongoing advisory roles
-
project-based collaboration (e.g. within educational or EU-funded initiatives)
-
strategic input for program or policy development
Engagements are typically medium- to long-term and tailored to the specific context.
Professional Development
In specific contexts, I offer targeted workshops or training sessions to support teams in developing a shared understanding of multilingual and intercultural dynamics.
These are typically embedded within a broader collaboration or designed for specific institutional needs.
Selected Individual Engagements
In selected cases, I work with individuals or families in situations that require deeper reflection and structural guidance.
These engagements are limited, highly selective and based on the complexity of the context and the potential for meaningful, sustained work.
All collaborations are grounded in the Sustainable Multilingual™ Framework and adapted to the specific structural and relational dynamixs of each context.

Highly recommended Ute's workshop for multilingual children. Ute has an excellent academical background on the subject backed up with her family experience, having children speaking several languages. She answer with detail any question during the workshop. This workshop has been a big relief from my wife and me, because it knocked down some myth on this subject that other (uninformed) people told us. –(Antonio G.)
This workshop is a must for parents who raise their children with more than one language! Ute is a specialist in bilingualism and speaking many languages herself and her children speaking several languages too, she knows exactly what she is talking about. She answers all questions (and catches up after the workshop: brilliant!). We will surely attend the next one too! – ( Paola and Hernandez G.)
Ute's workshop is fantastic! We moved in May [2017] and we didn't know how our children would cope with the change of school and language. We got plenty of information and support from Ute even after our move! She helped us decide which school is better for us and gave fantastic suggestions so that our children have a good start in the new place. She is the person to go to ! – (Pietro and Anna Capresi)
Ute has helped us through many stages with our 3 children during the past 2 years, especially when our twins showed signs of regression in their language development, and developed a secret language when our youngest one was born. Ute gave us very useful tips and provided resources in our languages (French and German) that helped us parents choose activities that were entertaining, fun and didn't require preparation. Having three children under 4 is already difficult! Thank you, Ute.
Semmai sappiamo dove trovarti... (Giovanna e Pietro Callesi)
